Philosophy
Collective Growth is a leadership development and culture consultancy that helps leaders and teams thrive. We believe that leadership begins with self, and helping leaders to be their best is key to team and organizational success.
When leaders are their personal best, they become the type of person their team actually wants to follow, and they have the discipline and stamina to organize resources and systems of work optimally.
Developing leaders creates a cascading effect -- a positive ripple - -throughout an organization. Their position of influence makes them the chief culture-builders in an organization. They set the pace, general attitude, and overall energy level. In spite of efforts to strengthen a team at different levels, an organization will most often operate at the capacity and effectiveness of its leadership. When leaders thrive, teams thrive.
